3 mates and Team GB AG triathletes/runners looking to broaden their horizons and take all of our training to the next level. In an informal setting Ben, George &amp; Sam aim to talk with some of the most interesting triathletes, runners, coaches, psychologists and anyone they think can offer a nugget of learning for us all. Some weeks it might not even be about sport but there are always lessons and we're always reminded Ben is old. At the end of the day we all just want to be fitness freaks. We go where the conversation leads us!
