Dirk Bauermann will ring a bell with many Belgians as coach of Basketball Club Ostend. Even though he stayed there for only 1 year, he still has fond memories of his time in Belgium.

When we asked Coach Dirk if he would be interested in a podcast with 2 young ambitious coaches, he was immediately enthusiastic. During the conversation he talks about his defensive philosophy and gives a nice drill to improve players' decision making.
