The first week of my challenge and I’m straight in with intermittent fading where I don’t eat for 16 hours and then have an 8 hour window to eat so that’s… I can eat from 12noon to 8pm and to be honest I’v found it easier than I thought and so much more energy! I’m feeling amazing 🙌 I’m looking forward to what the coming weeks bring! Now for my new challenge…. See you on the next episode xoxo
