So this week I have kept track of my walking with my app and been walking tombs long way home and to school. I feel my legs are more toned, I don’t loose much weight but I am also doing weights so my fat will be turning into muscle I need to measure and that will tell me more! I love to walk so this week was pretty easy for me as I don’t drive so walking is my only option! Januarys challenge is now complete…. Bring on Februarys challenge! Get fit 💪🎉 see you next week 🙏 xoxo
