In this short clip, Nyex chats with an old friend, Noni. They catch up on life while Noni shares about her journey into accepting herself and who she is.

 

Muthoni (aka Noni) is a Kenyan-born, Petroleum Engineering grad living and working in Canada. Despite Noni's early life posing a variety of challenges, it revealed a stronger and more determined individual who spreads joy everywhere she goes. The turmoil caused by past abusive relationships, as well as battles with low self-esteem often prevented Noni from giving herself a chance to move forward. Now, however, Noni stands strong having removed herself from unhealthy ties as she pursues her passions such as traveling. Noni is also focused on building a better financial future for herself, but only through the things she loves. The icing on the cake for Noni is that as she re-discovers her true self, she has the opportunity to strengthen her relationships with her chosen family all over Canada that loves and supports her.
