In this episode we speak with entrepreneur, higher education executive, business leader, and civil engineering graduate Mr. Dallas Grundy.

Dallas and his group of friends, who were also engineering majors, started a successful business while they undergraduate students in the Rutgers University School of Engineering. That business eventually grew into the national consulting and information technology services firm, BCT Partners, which is based in Newark, New Jersey. You will learn what attracted Dallas to engineering and how that interest developed into a lifelong mission to improve the lives of others and strengthen communities.
