Dallas and his group of friends, who were also engineering majors, started a successful business while they undergraduate students in the Rutgers University School of Engineering. That business eventually grew into the national consulting and information technology services firm, BCT Partners, which is based in Newark, New Jersey. You will learn what attracted Dallas to engineering and how that interest developed into a lifelong mission to improve the lives of others and strengthen communities. My brother and I also discuss the important role of STEM literacy plays in the Apple iPhone encryption case with the United States Department of Justice.
