Hello, my name is Carleen. I am a resident of Vancouver Island and just  gave birth to my LO in 2021. In postpartum, I struggled. I struggled  fucking hard. So many new moms reached out to see how my transition was,  and one thing I discovered was that THIS TRANSITION is not talked about enough. Sure people *warn* you how life will be different, but what an understatement that is. Honestly BS. People say, sleep now because you  won't sleep again... you can't BANK YOUR HOURS. I fucking wish this was a  thing, but why scare new parents?! BS, that is what that is. I wanted  to create a podcast that provides a safe space to discuss this  transition. Whether it is vulnerable, funny or stress, no judgement here  as we are all just trying to survive. So please join me and lets talk  about this transition.
