In this episode they will discuss his new book, which speaks to all the elements of Transformational Leadership called "Upset The World."  Throughout the entire interview, Tim talks candidly about how following Jesus is not a safe course of action, it can upset your life and others. 

How does Tim do it? Through random acts of kindness, unexpected encounters, or a friendly stranger. Upsetting people can break down barriers and build relationships.
