Communication in healthcare long-remains one of the top three reasons for patient complaints in the healthcare system.

When patients are asked what they value most from their service provider, they often seek someone who cares, someone who is compassionate, and someone who takes the time to listen and explain things clearly.

My guest is a compassion-focused physiotherapist with vast experience in the private and public sectors of care. She has spent the last 14 years learning and reflecting on the importance of communication in our health and educational systems. She is a mentor to future and current health providers on discovering their purpose, achieving fulfillment, and creating empowering patient experiences.
