This week's Word on the Street, we are celebrating 14 year old Zaila Avant Garde who is the first African American to win the Scripps Spelling Bee in its 96 year history. Now for just a tad bit of mess Iman Shumpert said, "Men don't get excited about lingerie!" I do not disagree with him. In the Hot Cup of CoCo, ParistheSpitta and I Kiki about how men need to step up and lead and how women need to allow men to lead them. A lot of shit talking went down in this episode, but overall both parties play a part in a man leading and being the head of his household.
