Jacqueline is joined by OBGYN, Dr. Sharan Abdul-Rahman, the host of the podcast, Black Women’s Health. Dr. Rahman discusses some of the most important aspects of a woman’s health in mid-life. A graduate of the Yale School of Medicine, Dr. Rahman is an advocate for wellness in women over 40 and is a wealth of knowledge on these topics.
