Self-sufficiency is something not everyone can (or even should, necessarily) achieve in today's world, but even on a small scale it's something almost anyone can achieve. We sat down with Janice Acklin to explore her story as a mother, her legal career, and how she came to raise a largely self-sufficient household as a modern-day homesteader.
