What does mental fitness mean to you? I have a hard time picturing my brain lifting weights or doing a cardio workout but that’s what I think of when I say mental fitness. The gym is a good analogy for mental fitness because there are various parts of mental fitness that we ignore to our detriment. We are going to talk about the good the bad and the ugly of mental fitness. I’m going to share with you some of the latest research, findings, and ways you can up your own mental fitness. How is that for a mental workout today? What makes you mentally tough? What does it require you to do? Or indeed not to do?
