Jacqueline is joined by author and speaker, Dr. Tara Hines-McCoy. Dr. Tara talks about her experience as a Human Resources executive in corporate America for over 15 years.  Her transparency about what she went through as a Black woman in that environment is now a part of an anthology (Shut'em Down: Black Women, Racism and Corporate America). She has since left the corporate world and is now dedicated to helping women find the right fit in their careers by moving up or out.
