• Screening people at the door and keeping them out is preferred
• We should train greeters and ushers to spot potential problems
• We should train in good communication skills
• We should try to avoid physical confrontation
• Don't be afraid to call 911 and get police responding
• Police are trained to deal with difficult people and these situations
• If a person interrupts our service - I believe we should press charges
• Don't be afraid, the law is on your side, that you can ask them to leave
