In this episode we hear about one school's Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) journey. We find out how they have managed practical aspects of the ELSA programme, the role of peer supervision with Educational Psychologists and other Suffolk ELSAs as well as the implementation of this programme from Early Years and beyond.
