Finally, we wrap things up with our hot topic: our family vacation to Darlington, South Carolina where our resident NASCAR fanatics attended the Cup Series Southern 500 playoff race at the Lady in Black, as well as our visit to the Charlotte, North Carolina area where we toured five race shops - including personal tours of Spire Motorsports, by the co-owner himself, T.J.
