Over the past year I've met and been inspired by many brave people; from a high school student interested in a career in STEM to a prison inmate pursing his college degree. I try to be brave in my podcast, but to be brave I must be honest. Unfortunately there have been some who believe my honesty creates an unsafe "space," and therefore they try to silence me. To those people, I will not be silenced. I will continue to be brave and honest because in my heart I know that is whats needed.
