Season 2 Episode 2 | Are We Cursed Or...
In today's episode, we are discussing generational curses and how to identify them. Some of the examples we use today are sexual immorality, witchcraft, lack of masculinity, and more. Are we to be plagued by generational curses in the faith, and if not....how do we move from being cursed....to being blessed?
Relevant Scriptures:
Exodus 20:5 NLT "You must not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God who will not tolerate your affection for any other gods. I lay the sins of the parents upon their children; the entire family is affected—even children in the third and fourth generations of those who reject me."
Romans 4:16 NLT "So the promise is received by faith. It is given as a free gift. And we are all certain to receive it, whether or not we live according to the law of Moses, if we have faith like Abraham’s. For Abraham is the father of all who believe."
Ephesians 1:4-6 NLT " Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into his own family by bringing us to himself through Jesus Christ. This is what he wanted to do, and it gave him great pleasure. So we praise God for the glorious grace he has poured out on us who belong to his dear Son."
