A man manages to hack into the Defense Department and gets classified reports about aliens and UFOs, which he gives to Mulder. But the reports are encrypted and Mulder is acting erratic and unhinged. Scully tries to get the documents un-encrypted, while Mulder gets a call from his father, who needs to tell him something important...

It *might* be (about) aliens!
