For me ive had my ups and downs yet as soon as i find my way to just be me and follow self worth ideas and to follow self worth steps and to be all i wish or feel i should rather then what everyone else says and just do your on focus of heart and cry when needed and then let it go and bless your new disired focus to be. Cry over things in a safe place not to just get onlookers or to avoid shareing your feels by building it up and then crying away from others knowing or not knowing its about cry on your own and dont be afraid to cry if needed. No need to under or over do anything do what makes you be the real you. I love shows that inspire me and i go into a show called 7th heaven and not all episodes i like there are tramatic ones i did not however the show has amazing episodes that teach huge way of being a better person. One thing that minster in the show said to someone was cry for 15minutes about someone or i will add something that you disire miss hope for or have lost then let it go each time you do this and do something for you if your takeing care of more then just you cry when ever you have time then let it out and then love you after words and while your doing chores or things you have to or are required then smile to you about how you matter love you even if it feels like no one else does or you miss something or lack something that matters or that would make your life better. If you can find away to get those needs back safely then find away save pray for it from the heart then any time you feel its still not there in time cry it out and do it in a safe space you feel is and adapt and to this for 1 to 5minutes or 15minutes maximum and then move on to doing things you feel you should. After dealing with loss stress or lack cry over it helps you not hide from your hopes for it. Then move on and do something for you to bring you peace and maybe look at things that are close to where you want to be and appriecate it. The less fasad we all are and the more we be honest with what we want by crying about then letting the pain be not ignored or the lack or the irritation just turn it into a cry go deep cry over how much you know its needed or missed or not there so that your body and soul can hear you so that all connects and then watch the magic. Sometimes the only way something will manifest is after acknowledging it openly in many ways crying appriecating not just moving on but moving forward from that disired honesty to your self your whole body so all blocks can be freed. It takes just time of safe reflection and if you cant cry because youll never stop find away to set awareness and love you for you and dont hate any emotions that you feel you need to so give your self enough time and learn how to deal with any random reactions your working through that you notice your body do and if its serious enough go to a professional you feel can help that you trust and move on to new ones from there if there is no one then be your own advacate if no one else can. Love you bless you and be the you that you can love then watch others love you for you loving you if no one chooses to thats on them just forgive the lack of love and appriecation others choose not to and go towards your inner acception and inner bliss you know you are to you. Be the you that you feel deserves your love. :). If you already are then there you go. For me ive learned that its said if people leave or if theres not enough support but love you cry and be open to your own feelings to you and provide your self with a present or something that you have hoped others would and do it for you. Love the choices and your first choices you get that you feel are yours and for me i welled up inside. For me its nice to have chosen something that you feel is finaly your choice that you felt was good and love your achievements and forgive any of things that didnt work out love you :). This episode is all about being the real you self love :).
