News – Paypal have changed their T&Cs – charging you £9 a year if you have a Paypal account that hasn’t been used in the last 12 months, but only if you have credit

Extract your Paypal balance to a bank account instead of leaving it in there

eBay changes as well – old, 10% of purchase fee, plus paypal charges on top

New – 12.8% plus 30p – if you use Paypal to collect your payments you will probably be better off

If you collect payments by BACS or on collection then you will be 2.8% worse off
