In this episode I talk about scaling your business and some of the surprising things that I need to do in order to scale.
Scaling back my clothing business in favor of smaller items, hiring employees and a few other things.
Just another part of the journey.

I'm organizing an "Open Letter" to eBay executives asking them to address this because I have seen dozens of posts on Facebook and Instagram from angry sellers who are now paying higher fees because of something beyond their control.
