Food For Thought - the Podcast

Season 2 Episode 5 - Side D - The Importance of Social Support

Listen Later

In this last episode of Season 2, Nicole and I take a look at the role of the Social Determinants of Health, specifically, Social Support, on how we can continue on our journey to wellness when things aren't as easy as they might once have been. Between the pandemic and daily stressors, without social support (and we'll look at different ones) it's really hard to stay the course. We all need help from time to time, and when there are systems in place to provide that support, it's easier for us to keep fighting the good fight!
