Failure is an emotive word and failing usually hurts........and yet without risking failure we wouldn't start anything, or we wouldn't carry on if we didn't succeed first time around. So this Pre-supposition of NLP: There is no failure only feedback is all about how we 're frame'  failure to see it as a stepping stone to success and a chance to learn.
