“The first thing that I struggled with when I came back was just how different I felt the world really was, and how I was living in that kind of made up hell, that was not real, that was artificial, especially in high-tech. I mean, we (at Microsoft) built all the high-tech, we made all the rules.”

In this week’s episode, Sebastien Fouillade and I talked about his new book, Stairway to Healing, the Crooked Path we Travel, about an intense Ayahuasca ceremony he experienced in Peru.

Seb’s journey, however, did not start with plant medicine, but rather with Kriya Yoga, where he experienced an out of body experience that made him hungry for more.
