The quote this week is from Queen B!  I chat about the quote from Beyonce and how in many ways perfection keeps us stuck!  Learning and growing really go hand in hand.  If you are putting yourself in environments where you are learning something new, then growth is the result of that.  If you recognize areas of growth in your life, it is because you have learned a new skill or way of dealing with life as a whole.  Perfection is not a part of learning or growth, none of us or our situations are COMPLETELY free of faults and defects.
