In this Episode I share three of the change interventions and even more ideas I put into place that were effective related to various changes. These all have the focus of creating excitement, fun and a sense of ownership and engagement with the change. They all had varying outcomes but they are ideas I have used time and time again in different ways depending on the teams and the culture of the organisation.
