Lance is shrunk down to a microscopic level and sent inside the skull of his newest client. His goal? To stop this Alien's Left and Right Brain from constantly arguing with one another - and to ultimately decide which brain gets full control over the client's consciousness. With cameo appearances from various organs, you can bet that this adventure is set to be Lance's most viscerally disgusting yet!
