On today's episode, I chat to Mark Stringer. 

Mark's a managing director of AHOY, a branding agency in the Northwest. 
He's also a non-exec director of Creative Spark, a contracting market director at a dairy company, and he's also a photographer and also has a business with his wife, hiring and selling camper vans and camper van products. Phew, that's a lot of strings! 

We chatted for ages about how Mark got to where he is, and how he balances all of his roles. He also mentioned this delightful book: Wild Swimming France.
