"Law to Zen: Meet Juliette, the Yoga Teacher Who Found Her Calling" Juliette is a freelance Yoga teacher who recently left her career in Law to focus on helping companies improve the well-being and quality of life of their employees by implementing mindfulness practices in the workplace.
Offering 15-minute or longer wellness sessions of Yoga on a chair, breathing and meditation which can help prevent psychological risk and promote a more positive and productive work environment.
