Before we dive in, I wanted to give a small introduction to the podcast and our hopes for this season. I know it is a turbulent time for everyone living in Sri Lanka and while we may not find answers to our challenges overnight, it certainly helps to start somewhere no matter how small. This podcast is conducted in the Sinhala language keeping a Sri Lankan audience in mind. The podcast discusses important aspects of personal growth for Sri Lankan youth and adults.
