In season two of the Spotty Kites podcast, we'll be focusing on quiet time.

It can be so tricky to settle down for a nap, or at the end of the day when it's time for bed, when you've got so many things in your head or there are so many other fun things to do!

It's important to listen to our bodies when we are tired, and in this series as we get ready for sleep, we'll learn about stars, animals and the night sky.
