Welcome to Season 2 of the Nurse Leader Debrief!!! I am excited to be back and to share with you some fabulous colleagues, mentors and friends who have impacted my life and career greatly and I know they will have an impact on yours!!!

Since we wrapped Season 1, I have begun serving as the Senior Director of Leadership Development for the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL). My role provides tremendous opportunity for me to serve nurses on the continuum of their leadership journeys. The Nurse Leader Debrief is a production of True Anchor Consulting and my role as host is distinct from my role with AONL (a subsidiary of the American Hospital Association).
