Welcome to the 2025 Spooky Season kickoff episode of Reel Poppycock! Are you ready to see a "Living Dead Girl," or do you prefer them "More Human than Human?" We're bound for bloody good times as we discuss writer/director Rob Zombie's 2005 film "The Devil's Rejects."

Each host will be choosing one horror film to discuss for this unit, and "The Devil's Rejects" was a Trevor pick. So will Trevor's tush get toasty as he is trivia tested by Ed on the Poppycock Pop-Quiz: Hot Seat Edition, where hardball heaters come in high and tight with extra-tough questions?

This episode also features some fan theories, a Dream-Cast segment, and enough tutti fruiti ice cream to satisfy even the most jaded film fan. Speaking of satisfying cream, Rosario Dawson's scene in "The Devil's Rejects" may have ended up on the cutting room floor, but it does exist as a deleted scene, and the Poppycock hosts throw her some love in their analysis.

So dig through the ditches, and burn through the witches, we slam in the back of Reel Poppycock's "Dragula," and enjoy the first installment in our horror film unit.
