Ryan Kelly is the CEO of Sail Canada. Ryan is a lifelong sailor, having worked in support of the sea cadets program, president of Sail Newfoundland and Labrador and as a Sail Canada learning facilitator. He's been a dinghy coach, skiff sailor and is presently developing his chops as an offshore racer. Our conversation was wide ranging, covering the development off Canadian Olympic hopefuls, improving the growth of the sport from coast to coast to coast, and of course the glories of sailing in Newfoundland's Conception Bay!
