Following the events of Season 2, Keph has been reassigned to the Cosmic Conduit of Hun'dexal, made to repay his atra-debt to the Naiar via the monotonous work of spying and observing.  Instead of helping to liberate his homeworld, our narrator has been relegated to the role of a glorified inspector.  But when a horrifying incident shatters the peace of the planetoid station, Keph finds himself embroiled in a plot of intrigue and conspiracy.
