Joshua Igeleke Jr. is an estate planning attorney and mortgage broker. Licensed to practice law in Nevada and Texas, Josh has seen first-hand how a death can rip apart a family when proper planning is not in place. As such, he has made it his mission to provide awareness of the importance of planning through free educational seminars. Josh is currently the Vice President of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Counsel.

Josh founded YLM Financial and spearheads the company’s Nevada and Texas operations. As a mortgage broker, YLM Financial helps get individuals qualified for mortgage financing (both refinances and purchases) and coordinates the funding of the best possible loan products through various mortgage lenders.

With his unique understanding of both the law and mortgage financing, Josh is able to provide great value to his clients. Not only does he help clients build their legacy through the acquisition of real estate, Josh also helps clients preserve their legacy through effective estate planning.

Josh obtained his Bachelors’ Degree in Entrepreneurship and E-Business from Texas Christian University in 2003, and in 2014 he earned both his Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
