A two-time world champ with the Yankees (and, sure, a winner with that team across town, as well), Gooden’s career highlights were as remarkable as his personal and professional lows were devastating. But the pitcher is an open book, and he details the horrors of addiction and the work he has done to remake his life. Then, Meredith is joined by Yankees Magazine deputy editor Jon Schwartz for a look back at Gooden’s life and career.
