When you should be a Spider-Man villain, but you live in Oklahoma.

Mulder and Scully arrive at a small town in Oklahoma to investigate the fourth lightning death in a short period of time. The sheriff thinks they’re borrowing trouble, but the deaths do seem to be similar in other ways: all young men in the same age range. And they may all be connected to one person, a young guy who works as a mechanic and who survived a lightning strike before all these other deaths occured.

That seems suspicious...
