The sixth episode of season three features your hosts, George Connolly and Mitch Whelan, who are currently a month into their USA phase of the course. The first-year trainees began the phase on 2nd January and have been busy since with many farm visits, meetings, workshops and their University of Kentucky Nutrition module. The guest for this episode is none other than graduate Vicky Leonard who discusses her career to date since completing the programme.
