Spring is here and it's breeding season for the American Alligator.  Do you know how to stay safe when in their territory?

American alligators are found all along the southeastern United States.  Distribution includes  all of Florida and Louisiana; southern Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi; coastal South and North Carolina; East Texas and along the Texas Gulf Coast; southeastern corner of Oklahoma, and the southern tip of Arkansas.
