This week's episode features a different twist, as we bring on Ruby Neumann, Alex Penz, and Chantal Brioux to be a part of our First Year Roundtable!

Everything in this episode revolves around the perspective of a first year experience as a SPMA student. The three reps talk about what mindset they've adopted early on to be successful in the program, and some of the main reasons why they made the final decision to head down to St. Catharines. Additionally, standout moments from the year are also brought up. 

Ruby, Alex, and Chantal also talk about some adjustments that they've had to make during the year, with one particular example revolving around... stop lights and Ubers???? Finally, they reveal events or specific things that has helped them mitigate the ongoing stresses that university can impose on a daily schedule.
