Pedro’s health comes to the forefront this week in Season 3, Episode 8: Together and Apart. He finds out his T-cell count has dropped to 32, which seriously worries Pam and Judd. He also discusses his life with HIV/AIDS in both a whirlwind trip to Los Angeles for a TV interview and a presentation to Stanford students…the latter of which Cory and Rachel miss out on due to their day of frolicking with Puck. The tension stemming from Puck and his Puck-ness begins to grow in the house, with Pedro clearly becoming more exasperated by the day–just how that plays out will be revealed in future episodes. Other topics include eating abalone (or not); Krystie’s former coworker appearing in a documentary; our artwork contributor, Eli, moving out to seek adventure as a full-fledged adult; and Rebecca’s uncle, Nat, and the affordable housing organization for people living with HIV/AIDS he helped found, Affordable Community Residence Association (ACRA) of Durham, NC.
