Hello everyone, welcome to season 3, I am excited to start a new season with y'all with a fresh slate! I am excited to keep to a schedule and talk with you all more about birth injustices and raise more sexual health awareness for all.

I want to have add my disclaimer here as well, I am a certified Doula and studying to be a Midwife. I do not claim to be a sole provider or a doctor, I encourage you all to question my thoughts and opinions. I think it is important to question everyone's thoughts and educated opinions before coming to your own conclusions. You are the only person who can tell others or feel your own body and know how what is normal to you. I welcome open,  respectful, and healthy discussions about the topics I share here, please share any disagreements or agreements with me anytime!
