Today on Station 8 we have another one of our Halad GAMSAT tutors and University of Melbourne examiners, Mish, interviewing one of our aspiring med students, Jay.

Today the station that Jay read was this: 
You are volunteering at a homeless shelter when a woman who is dying from alcohol-related liver disease approaches you. She has symptoms of long-term alcohol abuse including yellow eyes and skin, and significant pain. She confides that she hasn’t had a drink in two days but wants to “get hammered” once more before she dies. She tells you that her last bottle of vodka is hidden in her locker. Alcohol is not allowed at the homeless shelter, and there is another woman a few metres away who is closely watching your interactions.
