3. Everything in you that is killing  you allow experiences and God to fix or restore it 
4. Be grateful for strong community 
5. Take time for self- do what brings you joy 
6. Learn the voice, noise, and the spirit
7. Your uniqueness looks beautiful on you 
8. BONUS: Do not look for answers to everything . Trust that some things are unanswerable
