Season 4 Alignment is for the Assignment

When I was about 25 years old, I heard someone say, “balance is one of the hardest things to obtain as humans”. Balancing work &amp; play, family and friends, a healthy lifestyle with necessary indulgences, and the integrity of who we are, as we encounter, and co create with others along our journey. 
I’ll share personal life experiences; talk about turning what seemed to be missteps of life into beautiful choreography. I’ll also share some tools, strategies and principles that I personally use to balance my being, and 𝒔𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒆 𝒎𝒚 𝒍𝒊𝒇𝒆. ⚖️
