Greetings, Chosen Vessels. I, Maria E. White, will be your host for this "Meditative Moment," "Take the Plunge, Prayer Break," session. I want to ask you to pause for a prayer break at whatever time you listen to this podcast. During our time together, we
will consider God's Word through the New King James Version Proverbs 2 for “Season 4, Episode 1: Containers for Wisdom!"
We will apply God's Word to guide us through life's events, one conversation or situation at a time. With these gems shared in the episode, I hope you will use them to help you grow in your understanding and deepen your love for God as His chosen vessels surrounded by His love, grace, and mercy.
Below are some insightful morsels of wisdom I learned from Proverbs 2:1–22 using the acronym CONTAINERS:
C - Comprehend wisdom
O - Openness to wisdom
N - Nurture wisdom
T - Trust God for wisdom
A - Apply wisdom for daily decision-making
I - Integrity is your lifestyle
N - Nourish wisdom
E - Endurance is essential to pursue wisdom
R - Reverence our God who is wise
S - Seek Wisdom at all times
Finally, remember that Proverbs 2:1–22 provides guidance on pursuing wisdom and understanding, which are essential for being God’s chosen vessels of love, grace, and mercy. Here are a few closing thoughts to help you along your path of righteousness:
· Preserve God's instructions and internalize His
teachings regarding wisdom.
· Acquiring the knowledge of God and understanding the fear
of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.
· Trust and use wisdom as a shield.
· Humbly walk in righteousness. Know that the paths of the righteous are right as opposed to the wicked.
As “CONTAINERS of WISDOM,” we work as agents of renewal in the world, transforming and restoring hope, healing, and wholeness to those in need of God's love, grace, and mercy! It is crucial that we take the plunge, pray, and spend time with God.
To live a blessed life and to be in His flawless and divine will for
your life, establish a relationship with Him and walk with Him every day.
