“Christians in Practice” is a Christian Lifestyle series hosted on “Across The County” radio once each month.  The objective is to talk about issues in the Christian walk that are extremely important; that are often neglected in society. Today’s episode focuses on "Status Signaling", and referencing Diane Medved’s article, “"Status Signaling” Can Damage Your Life”.  Cally Logan is Co-Host for this series; she and Noah banter over how endeavoring to showoff material things to bring extra attention to oneself, isn’t authentic or what God would want.  They'll interview writer, and speaker Heidi Vegh! Together they’ll give tips on how to recognize “Status Signaling”, and how to handle it when the issue confronts us directly.  If not dealt with materialism AND this "signaling" can lead to many things including “Conspicuous Consumption”, and more importantly idolizing items that seek to take away from God’s glory.
